Starting his career as a real estate professional in 1999 and after his extensive experience, Marco Lopez Iniesta starts the INIESTA SPAIN Real Estate project in 2022. Directed by its founder, with extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Sector on the Costa Blanca, and with a reputation that precedes by its competence, integrity and credibility.
Marco is a Business Administration graduate and has a double MBA degree, he studied in Alicante, Madrid, Sheffield and Shanghai, his Spanish origin, his knowledge of both the culture and the English and Chinese language, endow him with a sensitivity, understanding and closeness to the needs of people who come from other countries, thus being able to guide the client to search for and select the ideal property in the right area.
Covering the South of the Costa Blanca and the North of the Costa Calida, offering New Build homes, from villas, apartments, bungalows and townhouses; as well as select Resale properties; and for long term Rental.
If it is necessary to expand the portfolio of properties for you, visits will be suggested and organized in collaboration with other agents in the required area.
From the after-sales service, you will be attended by the Law Department that will verify the process from start to finish, making sure that it reaches a successful conclusion. Alternatively, we can introduce you to an independent law firm if you prefer.
